    Rude, Bad service and appallingly arrogance.

    My family were keep waiting for 90 minutes by the staff.
    My 7 year old and 4 year old were crying, bored and the whole experience
    has put us off this place. the worst thing was, there wasn't hardly any customers!!! Worst customer service I have ever had.

    Food took ages and was appalling! Oil dropping out of onion rings chicken the size of a sparrow complained and were refunded for part of the meal. Customers before us had to wait 45 minutes for a salad and they complained and were refunded also! Never again:-(
